1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Nativo Digital (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the mobile application BTManager (the “App”).

The App provides Bluetooth device management for Android, allowing users to automatically connect to preferred devices in a configured order.

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting it.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not:

  • Require user registration
  • Collect personal information such as name, email address, or phone number
  • Collect location data
  • Allow user accounts
  • Transmit any data to external servers

The App operates entirely on-device.

3. Information Stored Locally

The App stores the following information only on the user’s device:

  • Names and Bluetooth addresses of paired devices (read from the Android system; never transmitted externally)
  • App settings (operation mode, device order, language, screen orientation)
  • Trial start date and purchase unlock status

No personal data is stored on any server.

4. In-App Purchases

In-app purchases are handled entirely through Google Play Billing. We do not have access to payment details. Please refer to Google’s Privacy Policy for more information.

5. Permissions Used

  • BLUETOOTH_CONNECT / BLUETOOTH_SCAN: required to detect and connect to Bluetooth devices. This data is never transmitted to any server.

6. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with:

  • Google Play Services / Google Play Billing

These services may collect information in accordance with their own privacy policies.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the integrity of the application. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected by revising the “Last updated” date above.
